Based on the program you choose, be prepared to provide some of the following items:
The final purchase contract for the house (not applicable if refinancing)
Pay stubs for each applicant showing earnings for the last 30 days and year-to-date earnings (These must be originals that identify the employer and the employee's name.)
Last two year's W2s(employee) and 1099 (self-employed) for each applicant
If you're self-employed, you may need your personal and business tax returns for the previous two years and your company's year-to-date Profit and Loss statement
Bank statements for checking and savings accounts for the past two months (Current and complete 401K statement and stocks too if applicable.)
Evidence of your rental payments, such as canceled checks
Proof of homeowners insurance(declaration page)
An irrevocable gift letter if you are receiving a monetary gift from a relative
An email address to receive your documents via email (not required)
Once you decide to proceed, an appraisal on the property will be arranged which must be pre-paid
